In order to facilitate your reservation, please note that :<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

– The posted rate includes the rental of the accommodation as well as the provision of bed linen and the tourist tax.<\/span><\/p>\n

– The “End of stay cleaning”<\/strong><\/span> packageis mandatory and not included in the price<\/span>. If you have not paid at the time of booking, you will be charged extra on the day of your arrival.<\/span><\/p>\n

– The “Towels”<\/strong> package is priced at 8,00\u20ac per person for the duration of the stay<\/span> and includes a bath sheet, a small towel and a bath mat.<\/span><\/p>\n

– A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount of the reservation is taken at the time of booking. The balance of the stay is to be paid on the day of arrival.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Payment methods accepted<\/span>: Credit card (except American Express), Cheques, Holiday vouchers, Connect Holiday vouchers, Cash.<\/span><\/p>\n

CANCELLATION POLICY<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

– For any cancellation more than 60 days before the arrival date, the cancellation is free<\/strong> and the deposit will be refunded.<\/span><\/p>\n

– For any cancellation between 60 and 14 days before the arrival date, the 30% deposit is non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

– For any cancellation less than 14 days before the arrival date or <\/strong> in case of <\/span>in case of no-show, the entire stay is due<\/strong> and non-refundable.<\/span><\/p>\n
